Update(s) – HRT Obtained

Hormone Replacement Therapy and Laser Hair Removal

Good day to you all. I managed to accrue quite a few things for the update.

I managed to obtain hormone replacement therapy without too much fuss. I got it after a single appointment, and a single blood work panel. My physician administered the first injection on June 26. I administered the second injection myself on July 3.

It turns out that I have low testosterone levels. There’s no way to tell if this has been a baseline hormone level for most of my life or if this is recent. There’s no way to determine when or how my testosterone levels were first at this point. If I continue with HRT, there’s probably no way to determine if the testosterone levels were a sign of an actual condition, or if it would have had any form of long-term impact on my well-being.

When I was at Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) at the lakeside portion of Naval Station Great Lakes (NSGL), getting trained as an Electronics Technician (ET) for the US Navy, I started to suspect that I had low testosterone levels. It was based on AI analysis of things like my skin, which is unusually soft for an AMAB, and other androgynous characteristics.

As the date on the prescriptions indicates, I obtained them on June 25. It was after a single consultation for my blood works on June 25. On June 24, I had a laser hair removal treatment for my entire torso and my shoulders. At around the same time, I purchased a water proof electric shaver online, and I’ve been using it in the shower to shave my arms, to keep everything consistent.

I opted out on preserving my fertility. No semen samples were gathered and frozen. I don’t have an interest in a genetic legacy. That was never a goal of mine.

I thought that there would be more hoops, for obtaining HRT, but it seems as though my solid blood works and my lack of a major medical profile, outside of what got documented in the US Navy for my medical separation, streamlined the entire process. Now I am mere months from noticeable physiological changes.

I can achieve my goal of dressing as a witch for Halloween. Speaking of which…

My Little Universe

I managed to beat the smart phone game My Little Universe. I dumped 10 or 20 bucks into the game, to get the witch skin. That’s all of the money that I spent, aside from whatever might have been needed to eliminate necessary ads.

The game has an issue with grinding, which is a common issue with mobile games. The issue is at its peak in the Asium world. In order to progress, and in order to upgrade everything, you need tofu and copper ingots. There are major bottlenecks for obtaining tofu and copper ingots, yet you will need thousands of both. I had to watch a large number of ads, to get all of the tofu and copper ingots that I needed.

The screenshots show that the game has a surprising amount of atmosphere and scale for a mobile game. All of the game’s worlds are laid out in a space that can be circumnavigated. Typically you can’t circumnavigate worlds or dungeons; there are cutoff points. It’s interesting to see something that was introduced in Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando showing up in a mobile game.

The atmosphere and the ambition of My Little Universe make the grinding a bit of a shame for most of the game, and a complete shame for Asium. You are blocked from just casually enjoying the game worlds.

SQLite Practice

I have been keeping up with my SQLite course on LinkedIn Learning. Here is my first batch of queries:

I have absolutely no idea where SQL 5* went.

This is the first time that I’ve made SQL queries that follow actual SQL conventions. Previous SQL exercises focused on making successful queries. There was no professional context for the queries beyond ‘this database has been constructed for such and such.’

YouTube

I have finally decided to put some genuine effort into my YouTube channel. I’ve created a new introduction video to the channel:

I do have a preexisting intro to my channel from a few years back, but that intro never led to anything. I’ve uploaded content beyond my new intro.

Click here for the full video description of the above alchemist video, which explains her origin

A transfem alchemist provides a brief description of alchemy.

Gemini created this video. It’s creation is a roundabout.

The transfem alchemist is a character that I created. Her primary images were created in ChatGPT. To generate her images, I used actual photos of myself as some of the base images, and I used ChatGPT generated images of myself after a full gender transition.

The primary images of the transfem alchemist are a combination of first and second generation AI generation. There’s only a bit of AI generation inbreeding.

The Gemini video was created with the transfem alchemist images as source images, and a video or two of the transfem alchemist that were created by a smart phone AI video generation app. I think it was Viddo AI.

I had also uploaded samples of my speech into the Gemini discussion.

My exact prompt in Gemini was as follows:

“Is it possible for you to generate a brief video where she’s casually speaking, using a version of my voice that’s a bit more fem? Like from speaking from the front of my face? While speaking about alchemy and its use for gender transitions? She’s supposed to be a transfem alchemist version of me.”

I’ll just accept this video as a target goal.

By now, I’ve used AI to generate several different post-transition images of me. The alchemist is just one of the latest examples. Now I get to see what might actually emerge, if all goes well.

It does feel weird to finally make use of my YouTube channel, besides making comments that can occasionally get thousands of likes.

I’ve had the YouTube channel since 2006. I’ve had frequent ideas for content. My own sense of perfectionism interfered with doing something as simple as upload a basic video.

Oh well, I can start fresh.
